Seeing as how Bush’s term is finally almost over he seems to not care and one thing he has been dong is slashing protection for endangered species. Well California has had enough and filed a lawsuit against Bush. Usually to get a building permit or any permit for that matter you have to go through the Fish and Wildlife Service so that they could determine if there are any endangered species living in the area. Well Bush has nulled that and is giving permission without the consult of scientist completely disregarding the animals that live in the area.

Attorney General Jerry Brown filed a suit against what Bush is doing in order to try to delay it from passing until Obama has a chance to take a look at it. California isn’t the first state to sue Bush but they have been the ones that are most involved in the matter.
