At first glance I thought for a while how they actually managed to build that on a tree without the tree falling apart or worries of a rotting tree. After looking further into this amazing structure I realized that the tree isn’t a real tree at all, it’s made out of concrete. The Naha Hardor Diner (pictured above) sits on a life size recreation of a Banya Tree. The way you enter this Cafe is straight through the trunk there is a spiral staircase that leads you into the cafe. Although this building is by far a “green” building they do offer locally grown organic harvested food that is fresh from the farm.
