The Solucar Solar Park in Europe is set to be the largest Solar park yet. Located near Seville in Spain this giant park will produce an amazing 300 megawatts of electricity by 2013. This is not your ordinary solar park though, the way this park was designed is that it uses 624 giant mirrors that can rotate to concentrate the suns rays onto the solar tower. The tower then uses water that is converted to steam which produces energy by a method called rotating turbines. The great thing about this park though is the location seeing as how Seville has clear weather and bright skies for over 320 days a year so that is plenty of sunlight to provide power.
