Have you ever looked at a wind turbine and thought what else you could do with it? Probably not but Basejumpers are always looking for something new and more challenging to jump off of. What they have done here is climbed to the top of the turbines, jump off and try to land on a target. Each individual is scored on how close to the middle they get. It’s nice to see how countries compete to become more energy efficient and the UK government has recently announced that UK has Become the World’s Biggest Producer of Offshore Wind Power. The total amount of energy that is produced from their off shore locations is 590 megawatts which is enough to power about 300,000 homes. On top of this announcement they have informed us that they will not stop there.
