Having a plant in your home or office adds a nice touch but as many of us know it can be a pain to have to deal with watering the plant multiple times a week (depending on what kind of plant it is) or dealing with the soil. That has all been solved with Patrick Morris’ new design which lets you hang your plants from your ceiling. The Sky Planter may look like it will cause more of a pain then anything but actually it saves space, time, water and the mess. With is unique internal reservoir system it feeds water directly to the roots.

This is pretty cool invention but you have to find a plant that actually looks good hanging upside down before purchasing one. This is also a good start for those of you looking to reduce your carbon footprint seeing as how it the system it uses prevents leaks and evaporation so when you water it it lasts longer. You can save up to 90% more water with this and also the best part about this is that you only have to water your plant once or twice a month.

If you are interested in purchasing one for yourself you can head over to the Boskke Website now and purchase a couple. They are available in both black and white pots and you can also choose your size. Prices range from $75-$195 which I think is a bit pricey but if your low on floor space and your plants keep dying because you don’t have time to water them then this is a great alternative.
